About Adam

Adam holds an A.A.S in Business Administration, a B.S. in Exercise Science, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA - the gold standard certification for Strength Coaches. He is a USA Weightlifting Level-2 Coach on his way to becoming a National Level Coach in time(A long and endearing process). He has been an ACSM certified Personal Trainer since 2016 with additional certifications in Adaptive Training Academy for athletes with disabilities, Exercise is Medicine certification for those with chronic diseases, and USA Powerlifting Club Coach Certification.

Adam got into strength training to become stronger and fitter when he started college. He quickly found a passion in the science and background work that goes on behind the performance curtain - writing his own workout programs and training himself for tough mudder's, spartan races, 5k's, and powerlifting competitions. This newfound passion led him to seek out a degree in Exercise Science & Physical Therapy, with the mission of bridging the gap between fitness and rehab. During his time in school, Adam continued to pursue growth and knowledge as a personal training, as well as learning new avenues of fitness himself, including Crossfit & Olympic Weightlifting. He would experience 1-3 injuries a year being a competitive athlete or just training in general, including back issues, leg issues, and shoulder issues. As he learned how to perform his own rehab, he realized that rehab and training were no so separate as he thought - instead of a gap, they were in the same space this whole time. It was our healthcare and fitness perspectives as a culture that created beliefs and separation between them.

We all view the world through a lens that is shaped by our experiences, beliefs, interactions with others, sensations from our bodies, & emotions we experience.
